Cancellation terms

Clients are to confirm their bookings by payment within 7 days.
All rooms booked require 100% prepayment.
Bookings that are not paid for by 14 days prior to the Gala will be cancelled.
Bookings that are not cancelled within 14 days prior to the Gala by clients will be liable for full charge for rooms booked.
Rate on event day is exclusively for stays on 24 October 2026.
Pre & post rates are applicable for up to three (3) days pre and post event.
In the event of a No Show, a full duration room charge will be imposed on the guest's personal credit card.
Early check in / late check out are subject to room availability.
For confirmed early arrival, a one-night room charge will be imposed for the pre block room prior to the guest's arrival date.
Guaranteed late check out until 6:00pm requires a 50% room charge based on the quoted room rate while late check out after 6.00pm will require a 100% room charge based on the quoted room rate.
Non-refundable booking from 3 October 2026.
