Cancellation terms

Clients are to confirm their bookings by payment within 7 days.
Bookings that are not paid for by 14 days prior to the Gala will be cancelled.
Bookings that are not cancelled within 14 days prior to the Gala by clients will be liable for full charge for rooms booked.
Any cancellation made after the payment is done will be charged 100% penalty.
Any early departure will be 100% penalized according to the period confirmed as per the initial reservation.
